According to the Birmingham Business Journal, "These awards honor CFOs and financial executives who have helped shepherd their company's finances, achieve growth, and positively impacted the company's overall operations. The criteria for consideration are strong financial performance, tangible results, and goals achieved - a key role in the success of the business and community involvement." Bayles, a Birmingham native, declares she's "on a mission to bring genuine solutions for ignored small businesses with airtight financial strategies that enable and maintain growth."
