MEET THE SIBLING AUTHORS WHO HELP KIDS MANAGE MONEY AND INVEST IN REAL ESTATE

Washington, DC -- Siblings Andrea Stephenson and Linsey Mills have over 40 years of combined experience in teaching youth financial literacy and have made it their mission to expose children to these topics in a fun way. They are the authors of a new book entitled Teach Your Child About Money Through Play with over 110 games/activities, tips, and resources. The book is available on Amazon.

Financial literacy is a subject that is not taught in many schools today. However, when children become adults, they will most likely have to manage money. Also, their credit score will be an important number connected to their name. Therefore, it is up to parents to introduce kids to money.

If a child has financial literacy skills, then most often they will make smart decisions.

300 NATIONAL SLOTS OPEN FOR BLACK COLLEGE WOMEN TO BUILD LIFE-CHANGING BUSINESSES

Nationwide -- The Ladies of Elegance Charm Academy (@loeacademy), an innovative online charm school for current and aspiring minority business women, has expanded its digital doors toward college students for the opportunity to create, launch, and manage their own income-generating enterprises for 2020.

The Glow Get-Her School, as the Academy affectionately calls its membership program, is the first of its kind to provide ongoing hands-on coaching, video training, business-building & productivity worksheets as well as daily accountability tasks throughout the students' entrepreneurial journey.

ZETA PHI BETA SORORITY, INCORPORATED MARKS CENTENNIAL WEEK WITH COMMEMORATION, CELEBRATION AND COMMUNITY SERVICE

Last week, Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, the esteemed African American women's service organization celebrated its Centennial with celebrity guest speakers, a fashion show, community service project at Martha's Table, an Empowerment Summit, and a Black Tie Gala.

Washington, DC (BlackNews.com) -- Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, reached its 100th year of service on Thursday, January 16, 2020. Seven years of planning came to fruition for one of the country's largest African American women's organizations.

Valerie Hollingsworth Baker, Zeta's International Centennial President, kicked off the week with a design collaboration with St. John's exclusive line of Zeta-inspired apparel. Other activities throughout the week featured:

International Centennial President Hollingsworth Baker and four other past Zeta's International Presidents, Dr Jylla Moore Tearte, Barbara Carpenter, Sheryl Underwood and Mary Breaux Wright, spent each day of the week setting a new standard of greatness and impact for the organization. The events celebrating and honoring the blossoming what Zeta's five brave women founders started one-hundred years ago were remarkable.

HBCU GRAD CREATES A HIP-HOP ANTHEM ABOUT THE IMPORTANCE OF HBCUS

Sacramento, CA -- As a higher education professional, author, motivational speaker and artist, Tara Lynn Crawford is not a stranger to hard work. In fact, the Sacramento native is very familiar with identifying with and overcoming the typical adversities that African Americans are subjected too.

Prior to graduating college, earning a near six figure salary, or mentoring hundreds of college students, Tara was navigating through what some would consider a myriad of unknown and unthinkable adversities. Adversities such as attempting to navigate through the depths of the foster care system. After emancipating in 2013, the scholar attended Alabama A&M University and had a very fulfilled college career.
