“The 4-Day Episode Talk Show Will Highlight Black Designers Influence on Fashion.”

Spotlight with Shonda Scott #spotlightwithshonda special will feature Black designers influence on fashion ahead of Fashion Week on the award-winning CEO’s talk show kicking off September 7 - September 10, 2020.  The show will stream on Spotlight with Shonda, Monday - Thursday on YouTube, Facebook and IGTV at 5 pm. 

Shonda, creator, producer and host of the show will conduct one-on-one interviews with celebrated fashion influencers:
  • Byron Lars, designer with his own international label;
  • Sheila Gray, PR fashion guru and designer;
  • Sherri McMullen, luxury boutique owner of McMullen and...
  • Taylor Jay, owner and chief designer of the Taylor Jay Collections, fashion line.
The fashion episode special will highlight fashion influencers with a passion for sharing what they do, airing every day for four days leading up to Fashion Week.

Inspired after watching “The Remix” on Netflix and how the show revealed hip hop’s direct influence of major fashion houses’ style, Shonda says, “It’s important to share stories of those behind the scene who help define your fashion.”
