Rapper Creates 1st Boxing Anthem Honoring Top Boxers, Riyadh Season, and Turki Alalshikh
A new cultural force has entered the ring. The rap anthem “Riyadh Season” has officially launched as the first-ever boxing anthem, celebrating legendary fighters, unforgettable matchups, and the bold vision of Turki Alalshikh — the Chairman of Saudi Arabia’s General Entertainment Authority and the driving force behind the global boxing revolution.
With its powerful hook — “best fight the best, what’s the reason, Riyadh Season” — the anthem highlights a new era where boxing isn’t scattered anymore, but united, with Alalshikh pushing Saudi Arabia onto the center stage of the sport.

“This song is a tribute not only to the fighters but to Turki Alalshikh’s vision that reshaped the entire boxing industry,” said Hyram Abiff, the artist who created the anthem. “I see this song being played as the intro to their events and Riyadh season promos. I look forward to meeting Turki Alalshikh and discussing ideas with him. He brought dream fights to life, made the impossible possible, and created opportunities for the next generation of boxers. This anthem is boxing’s soundtrack of legacy and unity.”
Hyram Abiff, a.k.a. Polymin Muhammad, is a former UK boxer who won the Port of London boxing championship at bantam weight as a teenager. In his teen years, he spent a lot of time at a boxing gym that his father managed. He also enjoyed writing and performing songs. When he moved to the U.S., he became a boxing coach and later produced the album HeArtofficial Intelligence, which is his third album. He used his talent to rap the theme song for a children’s sponge product called Loo Boos. Nevertheless, boxing continued to be one of his favorite activities. When his wife suggested that he write a song about boxing, he decided to move out on the idea and write about Riyadh Season, which is growing in popularity.
Riyadh Season has already staged blockbuster events like Tyson Fury vs. Oleksandr Usyk and Bivol vs Beterbiev, drawing global attention while raising the standard for sports entertainment. Through Alalshikh’s leadership, boxing has entered a new golden age — one where fans get the fights they’ve been waiting for, and fighters are honored for their dedication to the sweet science.
The track itself pays tribute to past champions like Muhammad Ali, Sugar Ray Leonard, and Joe Frazier, while also spotlighting today’s warriors like Canelo, Crawford, and Usyk. In doing so, it bridges generations and solidifies Riyadh as the new heartbeat of boxing.
The release of “Riyadh Season” by Hyram Abiff is already gaining traction in both boxing and hip-hop communities, sparking excitement across social media and fight circles worldwide. The video for the song, which features his son as an upcoming boxer, is a non-stop roller coaster of great boxing images.
