Definitions define the usage of words. Words define language usage for  understanding. As the famed ancestor and street poet/griot Dolemite once  said, “If it’s understood, no need to explain.” But most of us are still trying to  understand the Rittenhouse verdict. Therefore, it becomes imperative we  take a deeper dive for deeper understanding.

When Carl Linnaeus defined the racial human hierarchy in 1735, it appeared as if the famed taxonomist combed through a box of crayons to assign color coded characteristics to the four racial groups of humans which were  overshadowed by his ethnocentricity.

At the top of the heap was Anglo Saxon  Protestant who was vigorous; muscular; flowing with blond hair; piercing  blue eyes; very smart; inventive; covered by tight clothing and ruled by law.

Are You Concerned About Police Brutality?

New Anjel App Turns Your Smart Phone Into A Bodycam When Confronted With Police

James A. Samuel, Jr., is a Black veteran who has launched a new app called ANJEL Tech that turns any smartphone into the world’s most powerful bodycam during confrontations with the police. James said that he became tired of raising kids in a world that forces them to understand they’re unsafe in their skin before they even learn their ABCs.

In the past year, the world has been watching Derek Chauvin on trial for murder charges for the killing of George Floyd; seeing news about 2nd Lt. Caron Nazario, who is Black and Latino, getting pulled over by two police officers in Windsor, Virginia; and the killing of Daunte Wright at the hands of police. And these only are a few of too many stories of Black people being racially profiled and fearing for safety when being pulled over by police.

ANJEL Tech is an innovative solution to increase safety and peace of mind in the Black community. The app is secure, mobile, and cloud-based. James says that he created it because he’s passionate about preventing your loved ones from becoming another painful statistic. "Body cams can’t just be for police," he says. "So I created ANJEL Tech to enable a person’s phone to act as a body cam and a lifeline to loved ones to increase safety and accountability."

Kyle Rittenhouse Verdict Continues Below...

Given the history of the white man’s law as it applies to the yellow man we see  subjugation and internment camps celebrated as Asian/Pacific American Heritage Month; as it applies to the red man we witness the annihilation of native people and the untold theft of their land herald as Thanksgiving; as it applies to the black man we see 400 years of enslavement and the killing of millions during the middle passage later to be proclaimed as Juneteenth.  Linnaeus does not define what he means by rule of law but we can conclude with historical accuracy it’s whatever the white man says it is.

Linnaeus goes on to define the other racial groups within his iridescent  pyramid scheme: The Yellow man was melancholy and stern with black hair  and dark eyes; strict; haughty; greedy and covered by loose garments – ruled  by opinion.

The Red man was ill-tempered and impassive; thick straight  black hair; wide nostrils; harsh face; beardless; stubborn; contented; free – paints himself with red lines and is ruled by custom. At the base of the racial hierarchy was the black man: sluggish, lazy, black kinky hair; silky skin; flat nose; thick lips; females with genital flap and elongated breasts; crafty; slow;  careless; covered by grease and ruled by caprice.

These definitions have been coded into the DNA of the white man’s rule of law and serve as America’s psychological jurisprudence. This is the courtroom framework during the Kyle Rittenhouse trial.

Rittenhouse is the Illinois teenager accused of killing, Joseph Rosenbaum and Anthony Huber. Rittenhouse was also accused of wounding Gaige  Grosskreutz. The tragedy took place during protests of police ignited by the shooting of an unarmed black man, Jacob Blake. Blake was shot four times in his back and three times in his side. Blake had an outstanding warrant for his arrest connected to a domestic abuse case.

Rittenhouse was driven to Kenosha, WI by his mother armed with an AR-15  rifle bent on protecting property and providing medical assistance.  Rittenhouse provided neither. According to reports, these three white protestors were seen by many white extremists as “white pniggas” (the p is  silent, so is the word) lovers. If correlation is causation, then we understand  why Judge Bruce Schroeder denied the use of the word “victim” and said the  men who were shot could be described as “looters” or “rioters” – terms  usually assigned to the racial group at the bottom of Linnaeus hierarchy.

After defining the proceedings for the Rittenhouse trail, Judge Schroeder  culminated his instructions with a Trump dog-whistle ringtone: “God Bless  The USA” which is played at Trump rallies. After the jury deliberated for 25  hours over the course of four days, Rittenhouse who was charged with five  felonies was found not guilty on all charges as defined by the rule of the white man’s law.
