Lametra Off Now Owns an Executive Coaching Firm That Helps Black Professionals Build Their Careers

Many Black professionals are navigating a job market that often undervalues their potential, limits their opportunities, and overlooks their leadership abilities. Lametra Off, founder of LBO Career Coaching & Consulting LLC (LBOCC), is breaking these barriers by offering a personalized, strengths-based coaching experience that empowers professionals to step into leadership roles authentically, confidently, and clearly.

Lametra’s journey is one of resilience and transformation. From being a teenage mother working multiple jobs, including childcare and housekeeping, to serving in the U.S. Army as a Sergeant, her story embodies the power of reinvention. After transitioning into leadership training and executive coaching, Lametra recognized that traditional career coaching models didn’t address Black professionals’ unique struggles in the workplace—so she created her own.
