Celebrated Actress Kasia Trepagnier
Inducted in The Tangipahoa African American Heritage Museum & Veterans Archives in
Hammond, Louisiana

Celebrated actress Kasia Trepagnier is now a staple in The Tangipahoa African American Heritage Museum & Veterans Archives!

On Saturday, February 25, 2023, the historic museum, located at 1600 Phoenix Square in Hammond, Louisiana, unveiled a special "Kasia Trepagnier" Exhibit with a beautiful collage of photos, which included a wonderful plague and dress worn of the beloved Louisiana-born young actress, model and entrepreneur at the event.

The standing room only program included the community, and state and local officials.

Following the program, a special autograph signing by the young and talented actress took place at the museum.


Kasia gave a rousing speech thanking GOD, supporters, and her parents, Belinda and Andrew Trepagnier for their sacrifices, love and unwavering support. She also acknowledged the Tangipahoa African American Heritage Museum for allowing her to be part of the museum's history for visitors to enjoy forever.

"I am truly humbled and honored to be part of the history of the Tangipahoa African American Heritage Museum and Veterans Archives," says Trepagnier.

About Kasia Trepagnier


Kasia begin acting as a youngster and is already on course to be a whirlwind sensation in Hollywood. She knows a thing or two about going after what you want.

From watching TV, to acting in nearly 40 films, Kasia has taken each experience and treated it as a learning lesson and chance to grow as an actress.

Though all of her roles are memorable and special, she especially enjoyed working with director Antoine Fuqua and Will Scott on the film, Emancipation.  “Working with these incredible talents was such a beautiful experience,” says Kasia.

“Every day on the set of Emancipation was a teachable moment for me. I was beyond ecstatic to be part of this powerful film and work with extraordinary talent.”

Kasia appreciates her trajectory of doing both background and speaking roles. She says, “I try and enjoy the journey and each moment.” 

The New Orleans based Kasia has experienced working on vastly different sets. “Building up the confidence to finally go for it and to finally see your dreams come true is beyond anything I could ever imagine,” she says.

Having started her career as a teen, Kasia Trepagnier has worked with a number of the industry’s biggest names, including:
  • Will Smith
  • J.K. Simmons and...
  • Tommy Lee Jones
Kasia says, “To be a star, you must shine your own light, and follow your own path."

She has also modeled in the popular New York Fashion Week and a favorite on runway modeling shows. Kasia was also highlighted in the Queen of “Krewe of Soul,” one of the first African American parades in Tangipahoa Parish, Louisiana and was the former Brand Ambassador for Bronner Brothers.

With hard work and perseverance, Kasia has been given the opportunity to work on projects with quite diverse and challenging roles. The young actress is currently set to film Sonic Boom and Mood, currently in pre-production.
