"GIRL, DON'T PLAY! PRAY" — AUTHOR INA JOHNSON MYERS RELEASES BOOK THAT HELPS WOMEN RECOGNIZE TOXIC RELATIONSHIP RED FLAGS
Ina Johnson Myers, a speaker and certified life coach who is also the author of Girl, Don't Play!!! Pray!!!! She is a 24-year retired Combat Veteran with PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) and a survivor of MST (Military Sexual Trauma). She is also the mother of 3 and grandmother of 6, and was raised in Gary Indiana by a father and mother duo of WWII veterans who also served our country in the 1940s.
Her book, Girl, Don't Play!!! Pray!!!!, was written to help mitigate some of the confusion, anxiety, and pain professional women endure who may be seeking to be in a lasting relationship or marriage.
She comments, "By sharing my own experiences and research throughout my life, I hope to equip them with the tools and knowledge to make wiser decisions on matters that will devastatingly affect their spiritual, personal, and family life, their career, their moral compass, as well as their finances. In sharing my experiences with toxic relationships and the pains of depression, suicidal thoughts, devaluation, and humiliation endured as the result, I hoped to help other professional women be cognizant of who they allow to sit at their table and not ignore the red flags they see and hear in their search for that perfect partner."

SURVIVING CHAOS
AUTHOR TELLS HIS STORY ABOUT GROWING IN EXTREME POVERTY WITH A SCHIZOPHRENIC MOM
Harold Phifer has announced the publication of his second book, a collection of autobiographical short stories exploring his sad and often appalling upbringing in Columbus, Mississippi. Kept secret for more than 50 years, Phifer’s childhood was largely forgotten until an explosion during a job in Afghanistan forced him to take some time off to recover in a paradise beach resort in Thailand.
While there, he met an unusual but compassionate stranger who pulled him into a long discussion about his experiences growing up. Hours later, Phifer finally found a measure of peace from the ghosts of his past and began planning out the stories that would later appear in Surviving Chaos. The book is available for purchase via Amazon, Barnes & Noble, and Audible. For More Info Click Here

Girl, Don't Play!!! Pray!!!! is designed to bring awareness to those red flags of devastatingly toxic and abusive relationships women find themselves in, caused by unobvious mental disorders like severe Narcissism or Narcissistic Personality Disorder. Love means different things to different people, but in the mind of a narcissist, it means manipulation and control, unbearable pain for their partners and their partner's unwavering adoration (despite all the pain they cause them).
Children who grow up with this unresolved mental disorder and trauma will often become college-educated adults with this unresolved mental disorder. Many times red flags are ignored because the deceivers are well-groomed, funny, educated and have spent years perfecting their art of charm and deception. They can become military personnel, teachers, relationship counselors, police officers, judges, ministers, youth mentors, and many other professions that interact closely with or quickly gain the trust of people and the general public (often because of the title or rank they hold). The abuse tactics of narcissistic abusers are mostly done in secret and is systemically destructive to individual lives, marriages, families, organizations, and churches.
Girl, Don't Play!!! Pray!!!! helps clarify some of the signs and technique patterns narcissists use to inflict their abuse. Red flags don't turn green over time. They turn a much darker festering red and they become extremely heavy and extremely toxic in your life. So when you see the fruit of or hear the language of the dysfunction or toxicity, it would behoove you in the long run not to dismiss what you’ve seen or heard. This book is a great read for men as well, both king and queen narcissists use the same tactics. They tell you who they are…..you just have to listen!
Ina comments, "Undetected, Narcissistic Personality Disorder is like a 'terrorist' to a relationship or organization. On the surface, they are charming, funny, and very unsuspecting. They operate undetected by deception and triangulation in the dark, undermining and destroying the infrastructure of an organization or relationship until it collapses on itself. A narcissist derives great satisfaction by secretly watching the destruction of situations they orchestrated."
