Saluting Attorney Joe North, A True Leader and Community Activist Fighting for Justice and Making A Difference Everyday in the Lives of Others

Attorney Joe North is making a difference everyday in the lives of others!.  He is a graduate  of The Citadel, and a military college in Charleston, South Carolina who graduated, with honors, with a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science.  In 1990, Mr. North received his law degree, with Honors from the Florida State University College of Law.

While in law school, Mr. North also earned a Book Award in Torts (Personal Injury Law) and a Book Award in "Unjust Enrichment."  A Book Award is given to the law student who earned the highest grade in the class.
 
Considered as one of the best attorney's in Ft. Myers who handles injury and wrongful death cases, since 1990.  In 1996, Mr. North started his own law firm, which is named The North Law Firm, P.A.

Mr. North’s law practice focuses on helping clients after Car Accidents, Truck Accidents, Apartment Shootings and Violence, Nightclub Shootings and Violence, Slip and Fall Accidents, and Work-Related Accidents.  The firm has offices in Fort Myers, Florida and in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

The law firm handles cases outside the state of Florida as well.  For Attorney Joe North, no case is too big, or too small, or too far.
 
Born and raised in the Dunbar Community of Fort Myers, he is very proud the Dunbar High School Football Stadium has been renamed, “North Law Firm Stadium”.  His law firm is also proud to be the Presenting Sponsor for the annual City of Palms Basketball Classic.
 
An active member of several legal organizations, including the American Bar Association, The Florida Bar, and the National Bar Association, he has served on the boards of many civic organizations, including serving as President of the Judicial Nominating Commission for the 20th Judicial Circuit, Vice-President of the Lee County Charter Commission, member of the Scholarship Committee at Unity Christian Church, President of The Imaginarium Board of Directors, and member of the S.T.A.R.S. Management Advisory Board for the City of Fort Myers.

He is a huge community supporter and sponsors several youth athletic teams, including football teams, basketball teams, soccer teams, Faithworks empowerment organization and track and field teams.
