“The Generational Days of Birth”

Over 50 years ago: Great-grandfather, Jerome Wilder, Faro, North Carolina, US Army, World War II Veteran, his wife, great-grand Mother, Miriam “MIM” Elizabeth E. Wilder (1936-2015), New York City, their young daughter, Pamela Zyllmira Wilder Johnson, and son, Alvin Wilder, circa 1970s: Now, the child of 50 plus years ago, Pamela Z. Wilder Johnson has become the grandmother of grandson, “Kru Pierce” during January 2020.  Kru’s parents are Cornelius Pierce and Alexis Johnson.  Over One Hundred Years Ago, Miriam “MIM” … Elizabeth E. Wilder was raised in Faro, North Carolina by her Loving grandparents, Henry, and Addie Edmundson.

Looking back in time, 50 years ago, the child, Pamela Z. Wilder was sitting and being protectively comforted by her beloved father’s arm, as her mother, “MIM” was holding Pamela’s younger brother Alvin.  Fast forward some 18, 250 days, January 2020, Pamela’s daughter Alexis gave birth to son Kru.  The once a child Pamela, now Kru’s grandmother, is inherently cuddling him, while whispering poetically Rudyard Kipling’s (1865–1936), “IF.”  British writer and poet Kipling said, "If you can fill the unforgiving minute with sixty seconds’ worth of distance run, yours is the Earth and everything that is in it.  And which is more, you will be a Man, my son!”

“Beautifully Human,” 2003 - 2005, Jill Scott said, "Living Life Like It's Golden." Thus, great-grandfather, Jerome Wilder has become the ‘father of the man,’ simply because, his golden 88 plus years of multicolored rainbows have created a child.  And, “if this male child’s life should last,” during the upcoming days, months and years ahead, then Jerome Wilder’s dearly beloved great-grandson Kru Pierce will become the next “Father of the Man.” ---  William Wordsworth, “The Rainbow.” Happy Rainbow Father’s Day 2020!  Read “A Father’s Day Story for All Times and Seasons, Agape Love.” Click here.
