JAZZ VOCALIST ELLEN COOPER RELEASES BEAUTIFUL ROMANTIC BALLAD, "SO MUCH JOY"

Los Angeles, CA There is nothing sweeter than an artist and a debut song that's time has come. Now, after years of building fervent followings in the U.S., Asia, the U.K. and other exotic spaces abroad, seasoned singer/songwriter Ellen Cooper is marking her studio recording launch with her delicious debut "So Much Joy" via The Sound of Los Angeles Records (in stores now).

Very much in the tradition of artists such as Anita Baker, Randy Crawford and Angela Bofill, Ellen Cooper is in possession of an expressive alto vocal instrument that can caress a song and chase the clouds away as it brings hearts closer together. Effortlessly and naturally rapturous, Cooper's performance on this beautifully produced piano ballad (featuring Gail Jhonson massaging the ivories) spiced with tasty saxophone ad libs will certainly find homes at adults-targeted radio formats, lite jazz and even some of the more daring AC stations.

The song and her vocal are just that winning and convincing.

BLACK AUTHOR RE-DEDICATES SCIENCE FICTION NOVEL TO HIS SON WHO WAS MURDERED

Miami, FL -- The captivating science-fiction novel White Heat Beast, authored by Steven Jennings, has been re-edited, re-released and the book has been re-dedicated to his son. It's a new beginning for the novel, as a result of recommendations the author's son Alex made, months before he was murdered.

In 2015, at the age of 22, Alex was a victim of senseless gun violence, shot multiple times by a convicted felon. He was murdered in Lee County Florida.

But because the murder weapon was never found, the convicted murderer is scheduled to be freed in 2020. The killer will be freed, despite having a surviving witness whom gave testimony, and whom was also shot and paralyzed by the murderer during the same attack.
