ENTREPRENEUR AND HIS NEPHEW OPEN FIRST BLACK-OWNED TEXTILE FACTORY IN THE PHILIPPINES

Umar Clark, a visionary entrepreneur dedicated to advancing Black empowerment, has partnered with his nephew, Nasiym Blackwell, to launch Clark Textile Trading, the first Black-owned textile enterprise in Olongapo, Philippines. With a steadfast commitment to empowering the Black community, their company represents a significant stride towards self-sufficiency, particularly in essential sectors like clothing production.

Recognizing the vital importance of controlling essential needs such as clothing, food, and shelter, Umar Clark has embarked on a mission to empower black individuals globally through Clark Textile Trading. By establishing this enterprise, Clark aims not only to deliver high-quality garments but also to create economic opportunities within the black community.
