Alicia Etheredge-Brown is not only dedicated to her career but also deeply committed to fostering positive change. Together with Bobby Brown, she launched The Bobbi Kristina Serenity House, a sanctuary for individuals escaping domestic violence. This initiative focuses on curbing dating violence, a critical precursor to domestic violence, while providing a platform for survivors to embark on their healing journey.

Through this project, Alicia and Bobby aim to raise awareness about the urgent need for emergency domestic violence interventions and preventive measures.

Born in Long Island, New York, and raised in California, Alicia's upbringing exposed her to a rich blend of cultures and influences. Her experiences with her African-American father, Irish-American mother, and siblings shaped her perspective on business, family, and community.

From an early age, she immersed herself in the world of entrepreneurship through her father's involvement in property management and community building. Dance also played a pivotal role in Alicia's life, sparking her passion for performing and later evolving into a love for producing.

Alicia's educational journey took her to Howard University, where she honed her talents in theater and music management. Her career trajectory saw her collaborating with Magic Johnson Enterprises and cultivating the careers of renowned artists, eventually leading her to establish her own company.
