Change and challenge, doing things that scare or intimidate us might seem difficult, but it doesn’t have to be,” Shonda added.

She has traveled to nearly 40 states in the United States, (including Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico), and over 25 countries including: Mexico, Fiji, Brazil, Venezuela, Jamaica, Bahamas, St. Martin, Saint Lucia, Anguilla St. Bart, Italy (including Sicily), France (including Nice and Monte Carlo), England, Germany, Belgian, Maldives, Greece, and Dubai, and touching 5 continents.
