Director Rod S. Scott has announced that it's important to support Nineteen Summers as it's in the running for an academy award in upcoming festivals. The film is inspiring, and the actors, producers have illustrated their firm belief in this independent movie.
While announcing the completion of this movie, Director Rod S. Scott wrote, "This motion picture is beneficial to young black fathers around the country like the 19-year old character portrayed in the story. Who is DeAndre Hood? DeAndre hood is every young man born and raised in the Los Angeles affiliated street-culture that has been emulated & glorified through-out the nation in places like New York, Oklahoma and on social media."
Moreover, this film is produced outside of the major film studio system and we are welcoming good people all around to support this movie when it hits the theaters and other major platforms in early 2020.
