As corporations slash Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) budgets, one Black-owned public benefit company is making sure the movement doesn’t stall — it’s shifting the power to the people, starting with Black mothers.
Inclusion Solutions Incorporated (ISC), founded by community advocate and author Lee F. Cameron, is placing its flagship Black Moms Can (BMC) Network front and center. The program transforms everyday Black women into paid micro-influencers, trusted product testers, and authentic brand ambassadors for top companies, ensuring that Black moms are not just the target audience but also the owners and income-earners in the campaigns that shape culture.
