BLACK REAL ESTATE ENTREPRENEUR QUALIFIES TO ISSUE $50M IN CLASS A STOCK AFTER BEING DENIED BY VENTURE CAPITALISTS

Nationwide -- Real estate technology entrepreneur Michael Gilmore, the founder and fund manager behind Gilmore Homes – Gilmore Loans LLC, a proptech, fintech and consumertech company encompassing real estate, technology, financial services, and consumer goods based in Atlanta, Georgia, recently made history as only the third Black-owned company to be qualified by the United States’ Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a Regulation A+ Tier II.

The company plans to design, develop, build, own and manage single-family homes, multifamily apartments, condominiums, retail stores and restaurants, shopping centers, high-rise mixed-use developments, e-commerce, department stores, chain of $1 stores, laundromats, banks, radio and television stations, consumer electronic products such as televisions, stereos, and much more.

Despite having $50,000,000 in valuable Class A Stock available to both accredited and nonaccredited investors, Gilmore acknowledges that he is still being denied the crucial equity needed for growth and scale by venture capitalists, institutional funds, and corporations, still after George Floyd’s death and the promise of addressing inequality and access to capital.

BLACK MENTAL HEALTH COUNSELOR SAYS SHE WAS FALSELY CHARGED AND FRAMED BY A WHITE POLICE OFFICER

Nationwide -- Dora P. Bullock, a Black, Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in good standing in the state of North Carolina, says that she was falsely charged and unlawfully framed by a White male police officer, while experiencing a medical emergency in July 2018 at a police check point in the city of Creedmoor, N.C. Ms. Bullock asserts that the Police Officer, Robert P. Varn, retaliated against her by filing the false charges, because she had filed a previous complaint against him in January, 2017.

In addition to the violation of her U.S. Constitutional Rights under the First, Fifth, Eighth, and Fourteenth Amendments by Officer Varn, Ms. Bullock asserts that the Record will show that she has also been a victim of judicial injustice from September 2018 through October 2020 to due process of law.

Ms. Bullock maintains that she was denied U.S. Constitutional Rights, as guaranteed under the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments, to defend herself against the false charges; serious threats to her good, professional reputation. She affirms that every level of the North Carolina Judicial System, denied her the aforementioned guaranteed rights.

NEW LINE OF SHIRTS EXPLOIT SYSTEMATIC RACISM AND TEACH BLACK HISTORY

Las Vegas, NV -- For years many African Americans have been deprived of learning their real history and how systematic racism has played a significant part in our lives for over 400 years. We have relied on a system that has enslaved us to tell the real stories of violence, race, and generations of injustice, whether it was in schools, churches, or courtrooms. For years, advocate researchers tried to tell the stories of the atrocities that African Americans have experienced and they were always told that these stories were too dark to tell.

In 2019, researchers from 2 Dark 2 Tell traveled to Shubuta, Mississippi, and researched the infamous hanging bridge where several African Americans were hung, which two pregnant sisters and four young men were hung from the bridge in 1918. They arranged a meeting with an 88-year old man who was one of the last people to know about the lynching of Ernest Green and Charles Langley in 1948. When they walked into the restaurant where the meeting was to take place, the elderly gentleman stood up and walked out saying "that was a long time ago and I don't want to talk about it." They felt compassion in their hearts for the elderly gentleman, which one researcher stated, “It’s sad that he is going to die fearing something that we would’ve protected him from.”

Opt-Ed By JV Howard

Some 1359 days ago - Inauguration Day- we started counting till the next election cycle which culminated Nov 3rd. Up until now we (not all of us) have engaged in major rationalization that the current resident of the White House would be more than a quintessential occupant.

Some have lead with genuine interest for the country and others have had genuine interest to lead without an ability to do so. But this president has no ability to lead and no interest in the wellbeing of its citizenry. So he tried anything to fake it until he made it. He didn't!

Entrusted to take the country to next level he instead has taken the country to its nadir. But in reality we - and you are not going to like it - have been “played.”

BLACK PEDIATRIC DOCTOR LAUNCHES A NEW TYPE OF CHILDREN’S BOOK DUBBED COMMAND BOOKS THAT INSPIRE A LOVE FOR READING

New York, NY -- New York Pediatric Doctor, Dr. Chiamaka Agbasionwe, has embarked on a mission to inspire a love of reading among kids with the upcoming launch of a new type of children’s book called Command Books.

Studies have revealed that screen time has doubled in the last two decades. But what’s more frightening is that kids are being exposed to far more screen time than recommended by pediatric experts. This has resulted in decreased human to human to interactions and also a reduction in the time spent reading. Research has shown that reading is fundamental to building intelligence and ultimately leads to economic success, and Dr. Agbasionwe’s new kind of children’s books offers a fun way to accomplish this.

The I Say Mommy Does: Verbs for Feet and I Say Daddy Does: Verbs for Feet Command Books series are designed for kids between the ages of 4-7 years old who are capable of reading some sight words but struggle to enjoy reading. The books address their lack of motivation for reading with short sentences that captivate their attention from beginning to end.

BLACK LANDLORD SAYS THE CITY OF SAN FRANCISCO TOOK HER BUILDINGS WORTH $25 MILLION

false evidence to the courts 3 years ago, and is now prohibiting her from entering into her own buildings and collecting rent from her own tenants.

Kihagi says that she has been subjected to racism and treachery, but vows to be relentless until a true investigation into the more than 20 misrepresentations that were made are resolved.

She comments, "Whenever we hear about cops that have falsified evidence, we all pay attention. Yet, when the city attorneys deliberately mislead the court, the courts do not want to hear it and neither do the Bar Associations. So, who will police dirty city attorneys?"
