How To Be Blessed NOT Stressed...

Dr. Franzeska Sampson, was an unlikely social worker.  She initially had very negative outlooks on the field.  However, she is driven by a passion to help people and was eventually drawn to the profession.

The educator, with an extensive background in social work, strives to help us be blessed with less stress in our lives.  She has an urgent and timely outlook on helping us to cope with not just the stress related issues of every day life, but also deal with the anxieties of our troubling political climate.

Our co-publisher's new bio-pic "nZinga's Spectrum In 3D," is a moving and inspirational documentary on how a young Black woman RISES to overcome her challenges.
