The Road To Wealth Reboots With The TGS Financial System's Mobile App

Looking at wealth and income data in the United States illustrates obtaining prosperity in America isn't easy or for the faint of heart. To achieve financial independence and success takes careful planning for most Americans since the majority of us won't inherit wealth.

Less than 10% of Americans are millionaires. About 79% of millionaires claim they didn't obtain their wealth from an inheritance. According to the National Study Of Millionaires, the largest study of its type, only 21% of millionaires in the US received inheritances.

According to CNBC about 8.8% of all Americans are millionaires (or about 20.27 million Americans) . Since only 8.8% of Americans are millionaires this begs the question: how can the other 91.2% of Americans get on the path to wealth creation?

These certainly are sobering statistics to reflect on given the increasingly problematic nature of obtaining affluence in our country. However, entrepreneur Timothy Griggs, has developed an innovative and high-tech system to help most of us achieve financial viability and put us on the road to wealth creation in the United States.

Griggs has an extensive background of over 20 years in real estate investing and is also a mortgage broker. This positions him as an excellent resource since 90% of millionaires in the US invest their money in real estate.  Learn more in the video below...

Racism is clearly defined as intense hatred or dislike for another human being's physical characteristics, birth rights, human race and ethnicity (ancestry, culture, language). Case in point, Payton Gendron, Buffalo shooting suspect is from Conklin, New York. Motivated by the so called replacement theory, He drove his parents’ car for several hours, over 200 miles, and murdered and injured Black Americans.

TEACHER AND HER DAUGHTER CREATE NEW HOLIDAY TO HONOR BLACK AND INDIGENOUS WOMEN

In a 1962 lecture in Los Angeles, California, Malcolm X said, “The most disrespected person in America is a Black woman.” Today, a teacher and her daughter are helping to change the view of Black women from a “disrespected state” to one of “honor” with the establishment of Mothers of Civilization Day.

The idea for the new holiday was developed by Audrey Muhammad, an educator and writer who has always taught the value of Black History in her high school literature classes in Ohio and California. Her daughter, Hasana Muhammad, is a junior Computer Science major at North Carolina A & T State University, designed the website and book for the new holiday. They are hoping that schools and colleges will help celebrate the new holiday this year.

Jody Watley Day in Atlanta Set for June 2

The Iconic Singer Will Be Honored at Special Event and Receive the Prestigious 2022 Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award at Georgia State Capitol

Atlanta is celebrating iconic singer Jody Watley with Jody Watley Day event inside the Georgia State Capitol on Thursday, June 2, 2022 from 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. 

 

The legendary singer will also be publicly recognized for her time, effort, and dedication to humanity in the form of the prestigious Presidential Lifetime Achievement Award at the ceremony. She is confirmed to attend the event.
