Taking place at the DoubleTree Hotel by Hilton in Portland, Oregon on September 5-7, 2025, this gathering will convene doulas, midwives, maternal health professionals, parents, and policymakers in a shared mission to transform birth outcomes and protect the legacy of Black and Indigenous birth traditions.
