ATLANTA BUSINESS LEAGUE’S 35TH ANNUAL SUPER TUESDAY CONFERENCE TO CELEBRATE TOP WOMEN LEADERS OCT. 1

ATLANTA, Sept.19, 2019 – The Atlanta Business League (ABL) will host its 35th Annual Super Tuesday Conference for women in business on Oct.1.  With more than 500 attendees expected, the Super Tuesday conference honors and celebrates Atlanta's top women business and community leaders and offers professional and personal development programming for entrepreneurs as well as individuals working in the public, private and nonprofit sectors.

“The Atlanta Business League provides African-American businesses and leaders invaluable growth opportunities to excel in their respective industries,” said Leona Barr-Davenport, President & CEO of the Atlanta Business League. “Our Super Tuesday Conference supports our mission with the purpose of providing a platform for honorees to be recognized for their contributions and creates an atmosphere for presenters and panelists to pour into conference attendees by sharing innovative strategies, relevant experiences and cutting-edge techniques to promote success.”

Hosted at the Atlanta Marriott Marquis, the day-long conference themed “One Great Day: Becoming…” will help attendees successfully navigate an ever-changing business climate.  Interactive workshops will feature Atlanta’s most-recognized and proven leaders offering expert advice on pertinent topics including: leveraging digital platforms and lead generation strategies, protecting and growing wealth, finding balance and leveraging strategic partnerships, among others.

Susan J. “Sue” Ross of PhotoGriot, who uses the medium of photography to document the social, political and cultural experiences of the community, will be inducted into the 2019 Women’s Hall of Fame during the Women of Vision Breakfast. In addition, Kathy Waller, former Chief Financial Officer and President of Enabling Services for The Coca-Cola Company, will be honored as the Lottie H. Watkins Female First Award recipient.
